- EASY TO PREPARE -

Open bag, remove and discard enclosed oxygen absorber before preparation. Expand bottom of bag. Add 1 1/2 cups boiling water, stir thoroughly, seal and let sit for 10 minutes. Stir before eating.

This was an absolutely delightful meal. I added a pouch of the diced beef to my meal and it was really the perfect portion.

This settled nicely in my stomach and didn't weigh me down at all. A perfect meal to get some energy back after hiking several miles. I will certainly be buying more of these and enjoying this meal again in the near future.
