Order Guidelines

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Please allow ample time for orders to arrive based on order processing time and shipping guidelines as listed below.

Out of Stock Items

If your packing slip shows a "0" quantity listed next to any item, it indicates an “out of stock item”. You will not be charged for “out of stock” items; they will be removed from your order and a backorder will NOT be created. To receive any of the items removed from your order, you will need to place a separate order. To check on the status of a previously “out of stock” item, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Shipping in the United States:

All items are shipped from our facility in Rochester, Minnesota. Transit times vary depending upon geography and shipping method.

After processing please allow:

  • 2-4 days for UPS GROUND depending on where you are in the country
  • 2-3 days for US Postal Service Priority Mail
  • 2-5 business days FedEx Home Delivery
  • 3 days for UPS 3-Day plus weekend if applicable 
  • 2 days for UPS 2-Day plus weekend if applicable 
  • 2 business days - FedEx 2nd Day by 4:30pm
  • 1 day - FedEx Priority Overnight by 10:30am
  • 1 day - FedEx Standard Overnight by 4:30pm
  • 1-Day Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take 2 days.

Please note: UPS/FedEx cannot ship to a PO Box. If you're shipping to a PO Box, your only shipping option is US Postal Service.

About Estimated Arrival Dates

Estimated arrival dates are for domestic orders.

Estimated arrival dates don't apply to:

  • Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes and rural areas
  • Deliveries made to U.S. territories, APO, FPO and international addresses
  • Items that are out-of-stock at the time of ordering

Return and Exchanges

  • You may return non-food items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (i.e. damaged, defective, or incorrect item). Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.

Please note: we cannot accept returns on certain items, including:

  • ANY FOOD ITEM
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC.

In addition, we will only issue partial refunds for the return of certain items, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any Item that is not in its original condition: damaged or missing parts.
